Emma's birthday

It has been a while since I have written anything here. Not that we don't do anything interesting, it's more the lack of time, really! I have been working on getting my toys CE certified to be able to sell them legally and that's taken alot of my evening time (when I usually do the blog stuff). But today being a special day, here are a few photos from Emma's day. It went pretty well until she realised that we were about to cut the cake, and she burst into tears and refused to eat it. She got off her chair, took her bib off and put it away in the kitchen! Anyway, Shane and I can't resist a chocolate cake, so we ate it! (Horrible parents!)

Ca fait longtemps que je n'ai rien posté ici. Non pas que nous ne fassions rien d'interessant, c'est juste que je n'ai pas énormément de temps! J'ai bossé sur l'obtention de la certification CE de mes doudous et ça m'a pris (et me prend toujours) la majeure partie de mon temps libre dans la soirée. Mais comme aujourd'hui est un jour spécial, voici quelques photos de la journée d'Emma. Tout s'est plutôt bien passé jusqu'au moment où il a fallut couper le gâteau: Emma a fondu en larmes! Elle est descendu de sa chaise, a enlevé son bavoir et l'a rangé dans la cuisine! Bref, comme Shane et moi ne pouvons résister à un gâteau au chocolat, on l'a mangé! (Quels parents horribles!)
