Skye

Il y a un mois nous sommes allés sur l'île de Skye. C'est une île magnifique au Nord-Ouest de l'Ecosse. Les paysages nous ont souvent coupé le souffle. Emma a été adorable et s'est bien amusée, surtout au bord de la rivière (nous n'avions pas trouvé la plage promise). Nous avons vu beaucoup de cerfs sur l'île, mais le groupe le plus impressionant était au chemin du retour. Le paysage était si grandiose que nous nous sommes arrêtés pour marcher un peu et en profiter. Après à peine 5 minutes de marche 13 rennes et biches nous observaient! Un moment inoubliable.

About a month ago we went to the Isle of Skye. It's a wonderful island North West of Scotland. The landscapes often took our breaths away! And to top it all Emma was amazingly adorable and well-behaved (just for the trip :D) and had a lot of fun especially along the river (as we didn't find the beach we were looking for!) where she threw stones with Shane and a teenage girl she befriended. We saw many deer on the island itself, but the largest herd we saw was back on the mainland. There the landscape was so amazingly beautiful that we decided to stop and go for a walk and enjoy nature. That's when we spotted 13 deer including a stag! They were all looking at us. I will never forget this!
